I called afternoon, and they booked my appointment to 9am the following day. Kelly arrived on time, was very professional and understanding! He tried to do his best to help me but he told me they need to get an approval from the oven company to change the wiring and to do further research to make sure I’m good to use it. He kept me posted about any news and then got a positive news and informed me immediately! He only charged me for his time, very fair pricing.
