Very poor service. Does not keep appointments and is very hard to reach on phone. Calls are never picked up and messages are seldom responded to. We are having a very hard time with warranty and fixing of ongoing leaks. Shoddy job that lacks skills and expertise. He refuses to fix damages caused by the leaks even though we are in warranty. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

I would certainly not recommend this business to anyone installing a new roof. The brand new roof they installed for me leaked because they did not seal the shingles around the chimney correctly. On top of that, after they admitted this mistake, they did not honor their warranty and asked me to pay them to fix their mistake. Dan Elliott's team installed a new roof on our house that we bought recently (a year and a half ago). They claimed a 10 year warranty. When they installed it, Dan told me that since this is a new roof, when it does rain, we need to watch out for possible leaks. He said if that happens that he would send people over to fix it. This year it rained twice. The first time, my wife noticed some water coming through the paint in the cubby holes in the wall behind the chimney.
