They may know plumbing but you need to teach your drives better manners & how to stay off their phones while driving! It won't be a good look for someone to lose a life at the hands of a careless driver! Yesterday while driving on a city street during the rain, your driver slides into my right lane, no signal, no breaking! Why? Only to get over in the left lane a few feet ahead?? WTH, pay attention already or PULL OVER to text! I called to report it but Alexa or Alexis has no customer service skills whatsoever! She kept interrupting me & sounded soooo irritated! Lady, go home & rest until you learn to handle people intelligently. Let's do better. Life is hard enough!

I was disappointed in the front office person at CMS. I called for a ROUGH estimate to connect standard fixtures to my kitchen sink. When I asked if she could let me know if it was more likely a $500 or a $5000 job, she said she couldn't but she could provide their hourly rate.

CMS plumbing did an excellent job with the help of Edward our plumbing technician. He was polite, courteous and worried about putting covers on his shoes while he was in her home.
