Terrible customer service. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Makes you send pictures. Won't even come to look at the problems & give an estimate. Tells me to order all replacement parts in advance to replace an entire bathroom when all I need is to replace a shower valve. Too lazy to even come assess the problem so how would he even know what needs replacing??? At least talk to the customer and treat them like a real person rather than just texting and telling them to order all kinds of stuff before even coming to give an estimate. Terrible customer service. Rude attitude. Ridiculous requests. Waste of time! I'll keep looking for a real handyman, one that actually cares.

We found Fredy through a handyman site and are so glad we did. He installed a fan for us at an incredibly reasonable price and was very professional: on time, really polite, great work, done quickly. We’ll definitely call on him again to help with other projects.
