I read endless reviews across Yelp and Google. I had 4 companies come to the home and provide insight, suggestions and ultimately estimates on installing a mini-split ductless AC/heater. HVAC took top marks across everything. Personable introduction to the company with the VP and eventually a crew of 4 that did the installation. Respectful, clean, thorough work on instal and each person happy to answer my endless questions about this and that. I had two houses with 40 year old heating systems. Had new heat pump systems with heating and air conditioning and new ducts installed in both. Joel did the installation on one house and Elmer on the other. In one house switched from furnace in the garage, under house ducts, and vents in floor to unit in the attic, ducts in attic and vents near ceiling. Everything went smoothly and with almost no disruption to the household. We even got an extended lesson on how to operate the new thermostats. Pleased with the work at both houses.
