I had two houses with 40 year old heating systems. Had new heat pump systems with heating and air conditioning and new ducts installed in both. Joel did the installation on one house and Elmer on the other. In one house switched from furnace in the garage, under house ducts, and vents in floor to unit in the attic, ducts in attic and vents near ceiling. Everything went smoothly and with almost no disruption to the household. We even got an extended lesson on how to operate the new thermostats. Pleased with the work at both houses.

HVAC Gurus did a considerable amount of work in our garage -- extending a 240 volt electrical line from the breaker at the front of the house to the garage, installing a Mitsubishi 12,000 BTU mini-split AC/heater, insulation of the walls and attic, installing a programmable thermostat, and adding six ceiling lights to the garage. Some highlights: 1. Pricing -- highly competitive; total bid was ~ $3000 less than others 2. Quality -- excellent, especially the HVAC installation 3. Knowledge of products -- incredible. Most people do not pay as much attention to their HVAC as they do to say a car or a computer. That's not me. I wanted a very specific high end model and they got me that one. 4. Design -- very good. I had extensive discussions with Simon, the owner, at my garage before the work started to consider options.
