I contacted a number of HVAC contractors mid-July when our AC system finally died (not surprising since the condenser was from 1984). The estimates were as expected, but the schedules we received were typically 4 weeks out... and it was HOT. Then IRBIS arrived. Raymond walked through the options, and said they could have the installation scheduled within the week. That cinched it! The crew arrived, and diligently worked to remove the old furnace/AC system to install our new heat pump and air handler. Everything interfaced to our existing EcoBee thermostat, the install is amazingly clean, and the unit cools the house faster while using far less electricity than our antiquated equipment. Communication with Raymond and Derek was seamless, and they were always responsive to questions. We love the new system and IRBIS did a great job. Highly recommended.

We decided to replace our 10-year-old HVAC system with a more efficient heat pump system. Irbis HVAC Inc. was INCREDIBLE in every way. We received clear, timely communication regarding every aspect of the purchase and 2-day installation. Tom and Ivan were the MOST amazing installers! Punctual, kind, informative, professional, helpful, neat, and attentive to maintaining a clean work environment. They protected every inch of our home affected by their work, and exercised continuous care, throughout. Except for the presence of the new equipment, our home was left exactly as it was before they arrived. We have undertaken 6+ major projects over the years, and while this was not the biggest job, it was certainly the smoothest and least disruptive. Irbis handled County permitting, a daunting process in which I have vowed never to engage again! In every way, this was a terrific experience.

IRBIS is highly recommended if you are looking for a prompt service at a relatively competitive price. Everything was smooth from answering my first call until the installation. I called on Thursday afternoon for AC installation, Raymond showed up on Friday for assessment, and technicians came over on Monday morning and finished the job by end of the day. Raymond is a professional gentleman who helped me find the best option and explained all the details. Forgot to say: they have multiple zero-interest financing options!
