William was our tech. He did a phenomenal job for us. Our AC wasn’t cooling enough and in these hot summer days, we were in need of quick help. Our AC was blowing warm air intermittently, and I tried everything to fix it myself — changing air filters, cleaning the compressor radiator, etc. I finally called IRBIS and I’m glad I did! Not only was Joy in the dispatch office super responsive and communicative, our tech Alonso was clearly an expert technician and fixed our problem quickly with thorough diagnosis, excellent explanations, and a cheerful, friendly attitude. I called for a same day appointment and IRBIS was able to schedule a slot immediately. I received a text with Alonso’s information and arrival time, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He listened carefully to our problem, and wasted no time getting down to the root cause. We had two complete systems ( heat pumps and condensers ) installed for our home. The IRBIS team was a pleasure to work with.
