Pacific Coast Homes Services replaced my tankless hot water heater. They replaced the heater, installed a new vent and did some electrical work. They completed the work, tested it, and were sure I know how to contact them if I have questions or need their service. I am particularly impressed by every one of the technicians that they sent. All of them were personable, professional and pleasant. Juan, Elizabeth, Joseph, TJ, and one young many whose name I do not know were all extremely good at their jobs and were a pleasure to have at my home. I highly recommend them .
Juan Murillo and Danny Tham are fantastic electricians. To install a SPAN panel, they were careful, methodical and quick to transfer the circuits from the main panel to the SPAN sub-panel. It took less than 2 days. Pricing and problem solving can be better. SPAN told us the range of all installation cost was between $3k to $10k, depending on the location. Ours was $19k+! After reading the comments at Yelp, I did not get a second quote and went ahead with the installation. My mistake! Sales coordination and installation handoff can be better. Just a 10 minute overlap would make things much more efficient for the installers. Technical resolution is taking too long! Installation was done on July 7 and it is still not working. The problem is data communication between SPAN and solar panel and backup batteries. SolarEdge Model SE7600-A-US is not supported by SPAN. It was never checked before installation.
