Luis and his collegue Jorge did an awesome job fixing our ac unit. The condensation pump wasn't working properly and he was able to determine the root cause and fix it within 2 hours. Luis was very professional, kind and was very detailed about the services that was provided. Because majority of the work was done in the attic, he was able to provide us with before and after pictures, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend! The team from Pacific Coast, featuring especially Chris and Cesar, did a great job start to finish putting in a hybrid heat pump for heat and AC. It's great for the environment and we are hoping to be done with exorbitant winter gas bills. This was a complicated job and there were several significant challenges Chris and Cesar had to overcome. Their creativity and persistence kept it moving so the job would finish on time. We also got a cool new Nest Learning Thermostat, which has been a lot of fun to figure out.
