When I called the ACR services I knew I was in good hands. The customer service agent was friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to schedule a repair appointment for me right away. When the technician arrived, he was courteous and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspect my AC unit to determine the problem. He explained to me what he found and what needed to be done to fix the issue.

Very pleased with the work that ACR Service provided! We had pretty particular AC install requirements and Baljinder was willing to work through ALL the details required and get the work done just as requested. This was more than just "install it here" type of job... thankfully Baljinder and crew took each challenge one step at a time and took the time to do the job right. Now we have nice and cool Basement with the new split-system AC! Would definitely recommend and go back to for work in the future. I had a great experience with them! They root caused and fixed an issue with my AC's compressor in less than 15mins. Would definitely call them again if I ever have any issues with my AC.
