Lucky rooter & Plumbing

I've hired Lucky Rooter for a couple projects. Most recently we had to get the sewer line fixed because there was a tree root growing into the pipe and there was (for some reason) no sewer cleanout exposed on the property; It was covered up by dirt and concrete! Loi and his team came out and assessed the job the same day I contacted him, he got all the permits right away, and finished the job in 3 days, cutting out the concrete and installing a nice new cleanout near the sidewalk. I also had him install our whole-house water filter into the shed I put up. They even went and anchored the shed to the house, added support inside to hold the tanks, and managed to work around the web of piping that existed around the main water line.

Came home from a long vacation and tried to do my laundry but then OH NO I hear a bubbling noise from my toilet. After that, I see water rising up from my bathtub. I didn't know what happened! I turned off the washing machine and went straight to google looking for a plumber. I stumbled across Lucky Rooter Plumbing. After a talk with Tony, he told me to not use any water because my main sewer was clogged and was backing up. He told me he would be here in 30 minutes, I spoke with him in person and he was a pretty nice guy. Went straight to work and it was magical. All the water went down. I was saved! Now I can do my laundry again. Thank you Lucky Rooter and Plumbing. Definitely would call Lucky Rooter again!

We had a blocking faucet issue and contacted Loi, he came to our house within one hour and quickly fixed the issue. Loi is a punctual, professional, and fast plumber! Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues!
