A massive thunderstorm with strong winds hit San Jose 5 days ago and my roof started to leak with drips coming through our lighting fixture on my storage room. It got pretty bad and I panicked. Called 5-6 roofers and it was just extremely difficult to score an appointment. One of them quoted me $550 minimum just to come out and see what's going on. Talk about taking advantage of a situation! Despite being expensive, they didn't even reply further calls. The others were pretty much the same. Zero customer service. Extremely disappointed. R E Roofing is the complete opposite. Return calls fast, texted back promptly, confirm the appointment and came EARLY on the appointment day. Extremely communicative, very professional and fixed the issue with photos sent to my phone. Miles was prompt in his response and stopped by to do an estimate. When he diagnosed a potential leak area on my roof that he deemed was an easy fix, he went ahead and did it at no charge. Miles is honest and has great work ethics. Highly recommended!
