I called earlier to get an estimate for roof repair. They came over, did an inspection and promised to give a quote the day after. However, I waited a week, and still haven't heard from them. Called 2 days ago, still haven't heard back from them. Service: Roof inspection

We have used Campbell Roofing 2 times. The first time was about 7 years ago for a roof leak insurance job. We are the original home owners 23 year old house and the builder did not install roofing products correctly and the roof was leaking for years but not bad enough to be noticed, years of drought. But as a result of the years of leaking dry rot started and when it failed we had a very bad leak. Campbell Roofing fixed all the outside problems. The second time was a water leaks from a window but I thought it was the over the garage, different from the prior incident. Campbell Roofing came out fixed the flashing and the roof twice but because I was wrong thinking the roof was leaking when it was the flashing on a 20+ year old flashing on a window that has failed. I would use Campbell Roofing for any future roof repairs.

Please read this comment before any action. They did the new roofing,new gutters and gutter guard for my house in Los Gatos last year. Surprisingly It took them 3-4 weeks to do it instead of few days, they claimed they needed city permits! Later the skylight was wrong size, it took them 3-4 months just to come back and remove all the nails that were sticking out through the woods around the building despite getting paid right away.now after 7 months and multiple texts and calls to fix the gutter and gutter guard that was wrongly placed and torn,despite telling them that the gutter guard is not the reason for this problem they came without a notice and try to fix just the gutter guard. I am done with them. I see dishonesty. Services: Skylight repair, Roof installation, Gutter installation, Attic venting repairs
