San Jose Drain and Main

This review has been due for some time now. I had Giovanni come to install a Pressure regulator valve and replace older faucet that was leaking in the bath room of my house. Gio was on time, courteous and did an excellent job (as usual). He even gave us tips on bathroom remodel and few other items related to it. Gio is quite knowledgeable about the work he does I would recommend him for any work. He is priced very well as well which is extremely good for my pocket. Great service at very good price. Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again. Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given. About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated! Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... "oh, you're gonna want more than that..." so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :( Service: Drain cleaning

Giovanni was extremely helpful in diagnosing a broken drain pipe at a rental property. He diagnosed the problem quickly and advised about the best way to proceed in replacing the broken pipe. He was knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and the challenges entailed in accessing the pipe, which was under a concrete slab foundation in a newly remodeled kitchen. He replaced the broken pipe and added two new clean outs, and his plumbing work was high quality and very professional. I highly recommend him.
