Nathan was highly recommended by a local contractor to help me fix a problem that was in “urgent” status. Nathan was available, remained highly responsive, super kind, professional, knowledgeable, fair and detail-oriented. He provided me the assurance and assistance that made me feel safe to fix my urgent situation. In the end, my other electrician came back to fix their mistakes and I informed Nathan - he was just as gracious and professional as always. Nathan is top-notch. The people with NRG are professional. They did an excellent work in our house with ‘80 electrical standards when aluminum crimps were used. Over 35 years the aluminum crimps had shorted due to loading issues caused by our remodel. The bathroom GCFI outlet lost power due to overloading of two hair dryers on same line. NRG replaced and reconfigured the breakers panel and replaced every aluminum crimps in our electric outlets. Our condo had our electrical meter is separate in a common area. We saw some random electrical fluctuations weeks later. It turned out another electric breaker next to the meter is worn out. NRG had an electrician come to our home that night to debug and found the problem. He worked with the PG&E person thru 10 pm. This is exceptional. They stood by their warranty until the problem was resolved. Even if the problem was outside the house. Several weeks passed, Nathan called me to check if everything was okay. I will recommend NRG for any electrical work.

NRG did an extension and new outlet of our 240 service for a home EV charger, which they also installed. They was a pleasure to work with, providing excellent communication before, during, and after the job. They handled the permitting and inspection process seamlessly. The crew that did the installation were competent, efficient, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
