Silicon Valley Comfort

This comes a bit late, so my apologies but I gotta say. During one of the coldest damn days of the year, and with my almost 1.5 year old son, our heater went out at the end of January. Called around to multiple, seriously I damn near called every HVAC place in the south bay and no one could come for potentially 2 weeks!. That’s when by some luck, John at Silicon Valley Comfort called me back, I had hit his voicemail, let me know he had an opening and would be there to help out. Over the next few hours he went through our system very thoroughly, did a small upgrade to our unit, and we were back in business! I will not claim to know anything about HVAC systems, I know enough to explain details, but this guy knows his stuff, I could tell, and will happily recommend him over and over again! Never thought I would be in a spot to need help like this, but damn glad to have met John and work with his business! Also, very reasonably priced for the quality work we received. Thank you Servi

When our heater went out we called several companies that said they were open 24 hours but John was the only person to actually answer the phone. He kindly spent over an hour on the phone with us attempting to troubleshoot the issue. The very next day he came by to check out our furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about making sure we got our heater up and running quickly. Since we decided to replace our entire unit versus repair it, John went out of his way to set up a new circuit board temporarily so that we had heat while we waited for our new equipment to get installed. He replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit and was very meticulous about making sure it was done right. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares a lot about his customers.
