I requested a plumber on Thumbtack to fix my broken sprinkler valve pipe since it was causing a leak. Kevin arrived on time between the 8-10am window and gave me the estimate. It was surely on the higher side and much more than we expected but since it was an emergency, we decided to go with Kevin on the repair. Kevin did a good job explaining the issue and answering my questions. Because he was able to complete the work quickly including replacing the affected valve, he offered a small discount which I appreciated. Bueno Plumbing was able to schedule next day service for our water heater when we had some concerns regarding a leak. Manny showed up and was prompt and professional in his assessment of the situation. What I really appreciated was that he identified a very simple DIY solution to address the potential that would save us $$$ and wouldn't incur a large bill. I really appreciate this level of honesty in a plumbing service especially given how expensive plumbing calls can sometimes be with other services.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he "didn't really do anything." He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.
