He listened to me, came to my house, diagnosed the situation, gave me my options, and did it with class, humility, and honesty. He got the job done in a timely manner and now I have water again! I contacted Capelli Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink and they responded back immediately with an available spot. Jared arrived up on time. We ended up not needing the service as my husband had successfully unclogged the sink. Capelli’s quick response and good manners deserves 5 stars. I will keep their number saved for future plumbing services.
Rich was on time, and got the drain freed quickly. I was good that he is also good with dogs as the pups did not cause any issues. Next time we need plumbing we will call Capelli first. Service: Drain cleaning
