Our older home needed a new furnace and they came out on time and the sales person Austin didn't try to upsell me. He educated me on my home size and exactly what our options were. I did have 2 other companies come out to give me a bid one before and one after and both seemed like they were selling me on a larger unit than my 1200 SQ Foot home required to keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I scheduled an appointment with Comfy to get my current heater evaluated. He recommended to replace it as it was more than 40 years. From the initial visit to the installation of my new heater, Comfy was a great experience. Comfy’s initial visit was very knowledgeable and right to the point. The installers Sebastian and Hernan were very professional and kind to work with. They finished the work in a just a day and after they completed the installation, they cleaned up everything which was really kind of them.
