I can’t say enough about the awesome service I received from Moore Plumbing. Everything from the first call to the finished product was top notch. Lucas, my repairman, was honest, super friendly & professional, and he clearly explained what I needed and why. The cost of the repair by Moore was very reasonable, and Lucas cleaned up leaving the job site in better shape than how he found it. I’m a low income, senior woman on my own and have been taken advantage of in the past by home repairman. Had a water supply leak out in the front yard and called Mooe Plumbing. They answered immediately and put me in contact with a technician in just a few minutes to describe the situation. Originally the appointment was set for 2pm the next day because of the late call but they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. The technician was very professional and found the leak under the sidewalk in short order. The leak was fixed and the concrete restored before the end of the day. Chris Martinez of Moore Plumbing & Drains is my favorite plumber! He has done several repairs for me in 2022, including repairing a drain, installing a sink pop-up assembly, and replacing my laundry shut-off valves. He is very kind and patient, listening to my questions and offering great advice. He is neat and trustworthy, too! I also like how the company's owner, Jordan Moore, answered the phone on the weekend when I had an emergency. Many places that tout a 24/7 response don't answer the phone.
