Heard a odd noise off and on thru the day. Thought it was one of my.neighbors working on their house. Nope! Checked the garage and it was flooded. The waterheater decided to have an attitude. Called Nathan at Palomar Plumbing. He came over within the hr and repaired our waterheater. Did need a new one. Thank you, Narhan Service: Water heater repair
Our water heater pilot light went out yesterday, and the electric igniter wasn't lighting. We figured we would have to replace the water heater. We called Palomar Plumbing and Nathan came over same day (actually within 30 mins) and helped us restart the pilot. We have hot water again! Palomar Plumbing saved me this past weekend! I woke up Saturday morning to a leaking water heater in my garage. At this time my plan was to buy my water heater at Home Depot and have the company HD refers for the install to do the work the same day. To shorten the story, the referred company was scheduled but never showed up or called to let me know they weren't going to make it. With this no show i began searching for a local plumber to complete the install Sunday morning. I call Palomar Plumbing and leave a message. Within minutes Nate returned my call and provided me with a quote for the work. Shortly after that the work was scheduled for first thing Sunday. Javier showed up right as scheduled. He was very professional and explained much of the process and parts he installed. He gave me very helpful tips on copper piping and maintenance of the new water heater.
