We will NEVER USE ANOTHER PLUMBER ASIDE FROM PALOMAR PLUMBING! Truly, I cannot more emphatically say that. To explain, we had used Palomar Plumbing last year to replace the faucet in our Kitchen Sink. Last Sunday, the faucet started to fail and began leaking, so I called another plumber, with whom we receive VIP pricing, and they wanted to charge us more than a THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace and that was WITH THEIR VIP RATE (which, also, was almost $350 more than what we paid the previous year)! So, my wife instead found the receipt for Palomar Plumbing, explained the issue and the came to service the faucet IMMEDIATELY! Javier could not have been more magnificent in contacting Moen, explaining the issue and then working with us to get the part replaced and correct ALL AT NO CHARGE! It could not have been more obvious how serious Palomar Plumbing took their warranty guarantees as well as their dedication to customer service. Heard a odd noise off and on thru the day. Thought it was one of my.neighbors working on their house. Nope! Checked the garage and it was flooded. The waterheater decided to have an attitude. It was definitely time to replace the old pipes where the water service comes into my old mobile home; I'd been procrastinating much too long. Fear of how much it would cost contributed to my delay, but nonetheless, I called several area plumbers and sent them a photo of the ugly mess, requesting quotes. Nathan White, the owner of PALOMAR PLUMBING, was the first company to respond, and made it affordable for me to get going on a long overdue repair. We texted numerous times and arranged an appointment the following day. Fernando, who arrived the next morning, not only did the repair, but helped me with a faucet in the kitchen, for which I kindly tipped him. I felt so comfortable with the whole visit.
