Secure Roofing and Solar

I purchased solar from this company back in 2013. After meeting several different representatives from about ten different companies I decided I liked this one the best. Fast forward 9 years now and I’ve had issues with solar on average once a year and someone would come out and fix the problem. However, since the ownership appears to have changed it has been horrible. I contacted the company via email, leaving messages at their office, direct texts and phone calls to the new owner and previous owner and have been trying to get a couple of my panels that haven’t been working since February repaired and still nothing! I was told they were finally coming to fix them today and they were a now show. It’s been 8 months of contacting them and trying to get my system fixed. I’m done with this company. Calling someone else in the morning to come fix them. This has cost me hundreds of dollars having non working panels, as our electricity bill has continued to increase and our consumption has no

We got a new roof and solar from Secure. Dave Massey was great to work with. Their options and their prices were better than other estimates we got. The new roof looks beautiful, and we love saving money with the solar. Highly recommend.

David Massey and Secure Roofing put a new roof on my home in October 2009. It has a lifetime warranty against product and workmanship defects. One of his employees came out and inspected my roof, found the problem, and told me it would be covered under the warranty, and that the office would call me for a repair appointment. They never called. So far, I have left five messages. They never answer their phone and they never call back. Back in 2009 and 2010 they did very extensive work for me; redoing two showers, a new patio and pergola, new windows, and even a doggy door. For the most part, the work was of good quality, but Dave failed to keep several of his promises. Don't use them if you want any follow-up later.
