We had a backup in our sewer line and Big League was able to show up and get the whole job done in one day. They came out and I asked to have the line camera'd and we could see a huge knot of roots clogging the pipe. We decided together the best option was to bring out the Hydro Jet machine to clean the line out thoroughly. They ran the camera to the main line and it was clear this was the only spot in the line that was bad. It was a sense of relief to see there was only one issue with the line. They were on time, very transparent about the work they will need to perform and how much it costs. Their work was very quick and efficient to replace the wax ring under the toilet that was causing the water leak. They cleaned up their work space and debris of opening they had to make to assess the leak. I cannot be happier with their service. Definitely recommend them!
