I have a split duct Mitsubishi unit in a 2 nd floor apartment a/c & heat. Installed 10 years ago, it wouldn’t stay on or cool? I called and Sam was there the same day Checked it out and ordered a new pc board Came back the next day installed it. We have used Urso Air Systems about 10 years ago and we were quite pleased with the central AC system they installed back then (still going strong). I reached out to them to install a mini-split system for one of the rooms. The price was reasonable, the workmanship was excellent and they arrived to the job-site early to start earlier to get the work all done in a day.
