Our new split air system was not working properly and Cody came our to assess the situation. He was very personable and an excellent diagnostician. Cody is very knowledgable and explains the complex technology in clear way. He hypothesized that the units arrived from the factory without enough refrigerant. He was correct, fixed it and it now works like a dream - just in time before the sweltering weekend. Thank you John Owens for providing excellent service!

Today I had a plumbing emergency when an outdoor tap would not turn off. The person who answered at John Owens Services Ran Rafael was friendly and helpful, and, after working some scheduling magic, he was able to send a tech out to me within 2 hours. The plumber, Will Isaak, was quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. He replaced the faucet, then offered to check my other pipes, since he was here, and did not try to upsell me.
