We had tried to schedule with a different company and booked 2 weeks out. They had rescheduled us 3 times with no notice. We decided to try Chill HVAC & Refrigeration and they schedule us an appointment the same week and showed up on time. Sam was great! He identified the issue with our dryer quickly and fixed it within the hour. Highly recommend their services.
Our refrigerator died suddenly. Chill provided a technician within three hours of calling them. Jack, the technician (pictured), diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, made a repair in less than 15 minutes, and explained explained it all to us. We are very happy with Jack’s work. And he is a character too.
He was very professional, fixed the problem with our dryer same day! The last repair guy did not fully repair all of our wheels. They were all different. Showed up on time and fixed very quickly.
