I must give you guys feedback on George’s service. George was simply superb. Diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Then he fixed the problem quickly and cleanly. He tested the fix, ensured there is no more leakage and all the time served with a smile. What a pleasing personality! Wish everyone was like George!!
We had a puddle of water from our fridge and were due to go on vacation the very next day. We didn’t think that anyone could come out so quickly, but Carlos came and was great. He was very professional, helpful, and was caring and kind enough to wear a mask to protect our family and his.
Plumbing Care Inc. was timely in responding. The manufacturer of my water heater provided the necessary replacement parts for the repairs. Plumbing Care Inc. provided the labor to install the parts with a one-year warranty on their labor. They were very flexible with scheduling for the arrival of the parts. However, I found the cost of their labor for less than one hour at $449.00 to be a bit excessive. I was pleased with their responsiveness and quality of their work.
