I called Plumbing Care regarding a problem with water coming out of the hot/cold cartridges when shower was in use. I was given an approximate time for the next day. Next day the service representative sent me a text with his picture, name, and approximate arrival time. Anatoliy arrived at the expected time, and he put on a mask as I had one on, and he put coverings on his shoes before entering my home. He came already with the hot/cold Price Pfister cartridges as I had reported when I made the appointment. He did need to get the shower diverter cartridge at the hardware store but that only took about half an hour. The whole job was about an hour and a half, and he demonstrated the shower working normally again. This was our first time contacting Plumbing Care Inc but it certainly won't be our last for any plumbing related issues. We contacted them because we needed an emergency repair (a major leak from our main water pipe) and not only were they available to service us the next morning (which was the weekend), our technician, Alvictor, was very punctual, professional and experienced. He located the cause of the leak right away and went about repairing the leak; although he needed to go to two different stores to get the right parts, he was super efficient and very thorough. He walked us through his process so we were aware of what he was doing. I am very happy with the customer service and would highly recommend Plumbing Care Inc to anyone in need. Plumbing Care, Inc. responded promptly on a Sunday when I found my old water heater leaking and no longer heating. Two knowledgeable service personnel arrived within an hour, assessed the situation, suggested various alternatives for replacement, and answered all my questions fully. They then arrived promptly the next morning to carry out the replacement: discussing the plan, carrying out the work, answering all questions and accommodating requests along the way, summarizing the work done, explaining use of the new unit, verifying all was working before leaving.
