Such a solid company

We booked an appointment for a Tuesday. I had also booked a later appointment with RJ Carroll Plumbing, which I cancelled once I booked with Carroll Plumbing. RJ Carroll confirmed that I had cancelled right after I booked with Carroll Plumbing. Carroll Plumbing didn’t show and falsely claimed I cancelled a minute after I made the appointment. I suspect someone else cancelled and they mistakenly put the cancellation to my account. Mistakes happen, but they were rude and made no effort to help me meet my time pressure for the repair. RJ Carroll, on the other hand, while they couldn’t meet my time requirements, went out of their way to help me find a plumber who could do the repair by the required date. Our future work will go to RJ Carroll and Wilson Plumbing who stepped in to get the work done.

The pipes behind our tub were leaking into the wall. We had to turn our water off and Carroll came to the rescue. They were able to come out that same day, fix the leak and pipes, and we had our water back on. The technician was professional, prompt and courteous. Thank You!
