I am beyond impressed and grateful to these guys. We had two big issues this week and they repaired both quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I appreciated the explanation of the work needing to be done and the clear options available to me. I highly recommend The Plumbing Factory.
Tim & his crew were super quick in responding to an issue we had in our home. They were super friendly & informative and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing a lot about plumbing. Definitely would recommend to friends & family.
The plumber called to let me know he was on his way....a very nice professional courtesy. But I was really impressed how fast he unclogged the kitchen drain line! He knew exactly what the problem was and insured that everything was working properly. He left no mess. I give the Plimbing Factory a thumb's up and will call them again when needed.
