Spoke with Daniel over the phone about several technical issues with our cast iron drain system. He was patient and friendly, and a knowledgeable resource. The plumber called to let me know he was on his way....a very nice professional courtesy. But I was really impressed how fast he unclogged the kitchen drain line! He knew exactly what the problem was and insured that everything was working properly. He left no mess. I give the Plimbing Factory a thumb's up and will call them again when needed.
