Econo West Heating & Air SB

I had a really good experience with Econo West Heating & Air SB. Making an appointment was extremely easy and the technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He diagnosed the issue in minutes and my repair was taken care of immediately. I wish every vendor/contractor in Santa Barbara was as good as Econo West HVAC. I will definitely be calling again. A prior company took a look at our furnace and said we needed a new one ($3500). I called Econo West and two other companies for second opinions re cost for replacement. Econo West was the first to respond (one gave me an estimate over the phone for about the same and the other never called back). Dave from Econo West came over and took a look. He determined pretty quickly that there was no need to replace. Instead, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me instructions on how to seal a couple things myself. I'm so appreciative; he saved me $3500. He also gave me an estimate for replacement (when it's eventually needed) that was closer to $3000. I'll be going back to them when it needs replacement (hopefully not for a while yet).
