Had some issues with my household AC. Everyone in the area was backed up, but this company was able to get me in the following day, which is a huge plus as we have dogs that don’t do well in the heat. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner himself was nothing but courteous, informative and made sure the job was done. I used Home Furnace Company back in the late 70's for my first house. Fast forward 40 years and when my current furnace failed, I called them. I quickly got a house call and quote for a new system to replace a 26-year-old furnace (which was no longer supported by the manufacturer). Within a few days, they installed a quality Bryant furnace which is far superior to the old one. Other companies had long lead times, but Home keeps a lot of units in stock so they can get you back up and running quickly. A couple days after the installation, I noticed a slight whistling sound when the furnace was running. Brad came out immediately and figured it out and fixed it in 5 minutes. (It was a gas pipe, not the furnace.) Great customer support.
