Calvey's crew did a fast, professional job installing our ducted heat pump system in the summer of 2021. Their bid was competitive, and they started and finished on time. We called Calvey after using another company as we needed our gas furnace repaired. The other company's technician was not able to find the problem; he said he could not find any "error codes" on his diagnostic tool and even wrote on the invoice "The system is working without problem". He told us to remove the filter inside the house on the cold air return to prevent a backflow problem to the furnace, so we did. We even bought a new thermostat, even though the thermostat we had was only 1 year old. Nothing changed - the furnace was still blowing cold air. We called Calvey and their tech 'Simon' arrived on time and we explained the problem to him. He went under the house and after checking a few things, he came out and told us he had found the problem. There was some residue on one of the 3 burners that was preventing gas flow to the igniter, so none of the furnace burners could ignite. He cleaned off the residue and the furnace works perfectly. It was an easy to diagnose, easy
