Called Smart Plumbers last week to schedule hydro jetting for a business. They responded within a few days and while hydro jetting, they found two cracked drain pipes that needed replacement. They quickly came back out to open the flooring and replace the broken pipes. We have used their hydro jetting service for several years, and they always have done a great job. The front end of any customer service is the person who answers the call. That said, the dispatcher was very courteous and ensured the plumber got in touch with me. She got to understand the plumbing issue and explained it to Joel, the plumber. This made it easy and I didn't have to keep describing over and over again. Joel did a quick fix job. While most other technicians recommended I replace the entire unit, he identified the problem and made it less expensive for us. They sure know their job!

When we called Smart Plumbers office about an installation of a new kitchen faucet, Michael was very smart and he asked us to send pictures of our new faucet and sink, so a plumber could give us an estimate without coming up. Our plumber was Victor and he is a very kind and friendly person. He did the installation very carefully and professionally. He made us even miss him after he left. The company is well organized and the price is competitive. We recommend this business when you need to change a kitchen faucet.
