GADI Construction

I had GADI Construction remodel my kitchen and freshen up our two bathrooms. In the kitchen we had new quartz countertops installed, new flooring installed, and the existing cabinets painted. We also had GADI paint the walls in the kitchen and the cabinets/vanities in both of our bathrooms. Millie was our construction manager, and she made it all a very positive, pleasant experience. She brought samples to us, linked us up with suppliers for all the materials, and really went above and beyond in her efforts to find new hinges for our existing cabinets that were a very unusual size to replace. She was in constant communication with us and the construction workers without being an invasive presence. All the workers were good at what they did and very pleasant to work with. We (my husband and I) are very pleased with the results. The project did run over by just a few days, but that was because of the hinges being so hard to find, not due to any problems or schedule glitches on their part

We hired GADI Construction for interior remodeling. We worked with Millie & Guy as our project managers. We were impressed from the time they presented the plan to us. We had a lot of hurdles on the way with city's approvals but they were both patient with us through out. Followed up timely, great communication and responsive during the whole process. Millie & Guy suggested showrooms for us to visit, recommend what to look for when we were looking at flooring. They even offered us to go with them. The final result was exceptional. I highly recommend them to everyone and we will hire GADI Construction again for additional work Services: Install flooring, Remodeling

I recently completed a bathroom renovation with the help of GADI Construction. Asher Lawrence was my PM and he was wonderful to work with, very responsive and attentive to our wishes. Asher listened closely at the outset of our project and understood what our goal was (i.e. keep the original construction details from our 100+ year old Victorian; he was great at suggesting ideas that enhanced that aesthetic. I will admit that I did have a couple of complaints: (1) construction took a few weeks longer than anticipated however I may have been responsible for some of it because I changed the quartz finish at the last minute (2) the site (my home) was not the cleanest but luckily my wife and I weren't living at home during construction. Regardless of those two facts, I am still giving GADI 5 stars due to the fact that their PM was always available to talk, his team was always willing to correct any issues that arose during construction and, most importantly, I only got one change order f
