Simply put, Ryan was excellent! He quickly responded to my message and scheduled a visit for the next day. (A rarity, given how busy commercial electricians are right now.) He showed up on time, was personable and professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. What I appreciated most, though, was that he took the time to explain what he was doing -- his thought processes for troubleshooting the issue -- why I was experiencing the issue, and how it could be fixed. Now, I am better informed on how to handle a situation and convey necessary information to Ryan if future issues crop up. So, an educator as well as a repair electrician and business owner. WCI Electric is a great company. I have been using their services for more than 6 years now at Red Robin. WCI is the first on my list to call for any electrical needs. When I call they are quick to respond and get the project done. They are honest and fair. I've never had to call them out twice for the same project...when the job is fixed, it stays fixed. WCI also has great ideas on how to improve things or make them simpler. I recommend them to anyone that asks for electrical work. Keep up the good work WCI!
