Clean Water Systems & Stores Inc.

This is the best purchase i've ever made. I purchased this Microline TFC from clean water store a few months ago and their customer service was phenomenal. Demian sure knows what he is doing, ask for him when you call for quality customer service. I use this RO system for my sons baby bottles and my wife and I's canteens. The water tastes great and I know its free of chlorine, fluoride and bacteria's. Best of all installation was easy and took me a couple hours with a break for lunch. I am very happy with my experience and will be going back to clean water store for all my water treatment needs.

We purchased this system in 2017 (I believe it was) and it has never totally worked correctly filtering the iron out of our well water. My husband has spoken with the company and emailed several times. They have suggestions to try and maybe for a little while it might work but then we are right back to orange hair and toilets, etc. It seems like there are a ton of these companies selling filters on the internet.. I don't know if they work any better than "Clean Water" but apparently I am going to have to buy another system because I am tired of chasing a dream of iron free water with this company!

I bought a very complex system that they recommended after the test that they did on our water. We have had the system now 2 years and check valves are already malfunctioning. When i call them, they are wanting to charge outrageous amounts for parts.. Not fair !!
