Was very pleased with customer service. Was very knowledgeable when it came to product. Don't know about shipping was told 2to3 days and it's only been 2 days so they still have 1 day before I can say they were late

Long time customer and their service is sub par. I’ve bought many machines and equipment. I’m done with this company . How can you not tell a client ordering something that your out of stock then make it difficult to return items that don’t work with your machines ? Attitude from Gilbert to boot ! Looks like Mytana gets all my business now bye bye gorlitz .

I am a Property Manager located in Huntington Beach. When our Owner decided that we would clear our own sewer lines, I was tasked with finding a "Main Line Sewer Machine. After doing my do-diligence, GORLITZ was the obvious answer. We made our purchase and it has paid for itself many times over. Recently, our staff snapped the cable and it needed repair. I went to them (in Santa Fe Springs) and not only did they help me, they absolutely went above and beyond the service I was hoping for. Besides fixing the machine, I was given suggestions(aka, knowledge) and options that will undoubtedly help in the future. Thank you very much to Gilbert and the entire staff at this fantastic company.
