I am a Property Manager located in Huntington Beach. When our Owner decided that we would clear our own sewer lines, I was tasked with finding a "Main Line Sewer Machine. After doing my do-diligence, GORLITZ was the obvious answer. We made our purchase and it has paid for itself many times over. Recently, our staff snapped the cable and it needed repair. I went to them (in Santa Fe Springs) and not only did they help me, they absolutely went above and beyond the service I was hoping for. Besides fixing the machine, I was given suggestions(aka, knowledge) and options that will undoubtedly help in the future. Purchased Go 15, 50, and 62 with a few accessories. Great quality and good value when considering the longevity of these machines. I started my plumbing career 23 years ago working for a company in my personal truck with 3 of their Gorlitz machines. After a great career as helper, installer, technician, specialist, salesperson, and manager, it is with pride I get back in my personal truck with 3 of my own Gorlitz machines starting my own company. I prefer the Gorlitz line up to any competitor I've used, Spartan, General Pipe, Rigid, Milwaukee, Valor... I personally believe Gorlitz is the best for professional use. My order was filled quickly, accurate as ordered, and everything I wanted. I was able to save money by picking up in person instead of shipping, which was a bonus. There machines are great but cables are not the best. I just bought a Jetter and looks great but have yet to use it.????the guy in the sales department has a weird personality or something Service: Sewer cleaning
