Semper Solaris

I was a very unhappy client for this company. I installed the solar panel with the backup battery back on last October 2022. And once They installed and completed the project, I experienced the leaking on my roof during the rainy seasons. It got so bad and it dripped inside the room and took out my drywall. I called the company almost every month in January - March 2023 and got no one to help, only promises and no one showed up. I felt so frustrated, until I got someone who called me back and will work with me to fix the issue. Her name is Rachel. She was different from other people that I dealt with Semper Solaris. She called me, texted me and updated me with this project to fix my roof and replaced my dry wall. Every time the project did not go as planned, I texted her and she was super responsive and send me the update and follow up with the one in charge of the construction. The project almost 75 percent finished and she is amazing person. I think without her, I will give up my hop

I heard about Semper Solaris through radio ads. I called and they sent Bob King out. Bob is a nice guy, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Everything went very well. Bob did a great job and continued to touch base throughout the installation process even when his part of the job was done. The project was seamless from start to finish. We installed a new roof, solar panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. The crew worked well. My wife or myself was there every day. They were always early and always cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work quickly and everything went very smoothly. We are up and running and so far so good! We are in the black with what we are selling back to the energy company. I would definitely recommend Semper Solaris and Bob King.
