Mark is undoubtedly one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We had a terrible water leak from our main Water supply line. Mark responded immediately and made a very difficult access seem very easy. He completed the repair in a short time and triple checked his work to make sure it was done perfectly. In an age where quality and professionalism are in short supply, Mark demonstrated exceptional skill, kindness AND a great sense of humor too. Considering the leak was costing us a small fortune, these qualities were very welcome. While I hope we don't need his services again, at least any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to call or HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services by a true professional!!!
