Great customer service, someone answered my call at 8:45pm and got me scheduled for service the next day. The next morning, someone even called and offered an earlier time slot. Our tech Mike was on time, friendly, efficient and explained our options. He quoted the repair, went out for a part, and was done with the job about an hour after our appointment time began. We believed that our waste ejector system had stopped working. We were very pleased that Laura was able to send someone only a couple of hours after our call. The service representative was very professional and easy to talk to. It was determined that the problem we experienced was electrical and probably related to another electrical device on the same service line. There was nothing for Rooter Man to do except verify that things were working correctly after we unplugged the other device. We have been using this company for several years and it has always been a great experience.
