Our gas wall heater would not light this morning. Reliable was my first call! The earliest appointment available was for tomorrow, and I booked it. I was so happy to get a call back saying they could fit me in today! Steve O’Briant did a great job servicing the heater as well as explaining what was causing the problem with the pilot . Hopefully we won’t have any more problems with the heater, but if we do, I will definitely call Reliable! Service: Heating system maintenance
Super professional and nice. Very pleased with his service and felt like he really cared. Originally we called them for furnace maintenance which went wonderfully, and so we went with them again for our hot water heater pump repair and replacement. He ended up having to snake a drain we didn't know was blocked until he arrived and he did it super quickly and we are just very grateful for his service.
