Alex was very professional and helpful. The technician, Derek, is nice, prompt and did a very good job. Very trustworthy, I felt that Acrown stand behind their work.

Please take note of the other 1 star reviews for this company. They were called out to assess a broken shower knob under a home warranty. Despite telling us that it had broken to wear and tear they separately sent a long list of BS to the home warranty company which resulted in coverage being denied due to "improper use of force". Acrown engages in dishonest business practices do not use them unless you want to be disappointed.

If they get hired from your insurance or warranty, ask to get another plumber. They made false claims on the report when nothing was needed to be installed. You guys are shady people cheating insurance companies. Who uses a Walmart snake with a drill to snake a drain? If that was the case I would have done it myself. Hired the HOAs plumber and in a matter of 10min issues was resolved.
