Other people that came out before didn't connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great. Will be calling Keith again if there any more further issues. Service: A/C system maintenance
I called empire minutes before they closed the day before my appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a morning appointment the following day. I was called and texted to confirm appointment and given an ETA for the tech. The tech, Brian Enell, arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me the problem and possible solutions with the estimates for them. He fixed our AC fast. Thank you Brian for making our old unit work again. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning
