We were struggling with our home warranty company and went without a/c for 2 weeks. When they finally referred us to another company, even after the warranty partial payment, we would never have been able to afford it. 5 star was recommended to us and from start to finish the job was done quickly, efficiently, and the repair tech guy was very polite. The total price was also WELL below the other company as well. I would highly recommend 5 stars.

Professionalism, Integrity, Honesty, Punctuality and Quality. Best Service I have experienced for a longest time. Organizing my garage and found my Water Heater is badly Rusting, so I called Best Choice Heating & AC Repair Sylmar and responded so quickly. In fact, I called their office around 1:30pm and and told me that’s they have an opening at 2 to 4 pm. Around 2:10pm Clayton Y, a Service technician called and confirmed that he’ll be at my place approximately 45 minutes. Clayton Ywas on time and discussed explicit details what he will be doing and correct some of the plumbing problem from my old water heater. So he checked and started the work and completed the Quality work in very short time.
