I primarily dealt with David, a co-owner. Extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He recommended the Fujitsu mini-split unit with both ac & heat for my bedroom. He & his crew quickly but efficiently installed the unit & tested it before leaving. They also did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. After trying with multiple companies to have our home air conditioner and heater fixed and none of them were able to fix it rather they wanted to replace everything. David was highly recommended to us. We decided to give him a try, knowing that he was going ro recommended that we replace the unit. He worked on the unit for a couple of hours and to our surprise, he was able to fix it at a reasonable price. D&R installed our Fujitsu mini-duct heat pump system in 2018. They added a motorized damper to the system in 2019. Their work was absolutely top notch, completed promptly, and on budget. David and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. And they did a great job cleaning up when the installation was finished.
