Andrew, was very perfessional and knowledgeable. When I described to him the toilet was shifting, right away he knew what the issue was. Once the toilet was removed, his findings were confirmed. I have a home warranty, and I was assigned Best Quality Plumbing. I had to call service tech. He indicated that he was coming and never showed up. No water for 6 hours. Not good.
Called, and they said they would be at my house 30-40mins and they never showed up! Not even a courtesy call that they wouldn't make it. The following day, I received a call that they were going to my house. I told them not to because I had hired someone else. At that point, they said they didn't make it because they had an emergency at a restaurant. Well, that courtesy call would have made a ton of difference!
