Fernando was sent to help us with the sump pumps and he was so knowledgeable and helpful, I was quite impressed. The company also sent a text ahead of time with his photo and time of arrival which I thought was very professional and I also got a text asking how it went. The service technician, Juan, did an excellent job. He was professional and on time. He has excellent communication skills. However, I needed my storm drain serviced but the company sent him out without letting him know. He explained the limitations. The person from the company who I made the appointment with should've explained that. She did not understand the difference from one drain to another drain. $249 for 15 min of work.
