I contacted Airworx after coming home from vacation to find one of our AC units not working. Klaus responded immediately to me, and scheduled time to come out the next morning. Klaus arrived early the next morning, and was very polite. Within 10 minutes he showed me what the problem was, along with another issue that needed immediate attention. Klaus was honest and fair with his services, showing where there was a big fire hazard and wiring issue. Klaus fixed both issues, and serviced both of our units, getting us back into cooler weather. Our heat pump stopped working yesterday evening. I spent the following morning researching AC repair services and was becoming worried I wouldn’t find anyone to come out that day. I noticed AIRWORX’s information and expected another “we can’t get someone out there until early next week” - a statement you dread in a Temecula summer. I called AIRWORX and they said they could have a technician at my place between 10 and 12 that morning! I made the appointment and they called back to state that the technician could be out there about 30 minutes earlier than expected and asked if that was “okay”…a Temecula summer and no AC? Yeah it’s okay to come earlier than planned :). Forrest arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and I had cool air within 30-minutes. I worked with Klaus and he was awesome! My AC was not properly cooling at the time. I did a few checks myself but couldn't get it figured out. This was during a heatwave when mid-day temps were up near 100 degrees so I was in serious need of a fix. After a brief phone call, Klaus was able to be out at my house same-day within 2-4 hours. He diagnosed the problem within the first 10 min of arriving and had it fixed and back up and running properly another 10 min later.
