Joe Valdivia and his crew were great. They came promptly within a couple of hours after our call to assess the damage and repairs needed resulting from our broken AC conditioner tray in the attic. This resulted in the water draining in the attic platform floor, insulation, drywall and leaking in the kitchen ceiling area. They promptly installed the dehumidifier to initiate removal and reduce all the moisture in the ceiling , insulation, attic and insulation. Asbestos testing of insulation was performed prior to needed work. We were very pleased with the speed in which the work was completed within 5 days from start to finish.
