Tony Frazzini was my tech today. He was efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Tony was very helpful in making a suggestion that is ultimately going to save me money. Everyone that I spoke with at On Time Home Services was courteous and helpful. Brian Lombardi was my sales rep today. Brian was patient and respectful of my financial situation. I feel I made the right purchase with Brian's helpful suggestions.

The techs came out to do a general tune up of my system. Which is two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They arrived on time and we’re ready to go. Small detail which meant a lot to me was the fact that they didn’t even ask if I wanted them to wear the little booties over their shoes they just had them and put them on. You’d be surprised how many tradesmen show up without any sort of foot coverage. They did their tune up and described in detail all of the issues I might have in the near future. No pressure too but anything but with all the photos and the description I decided to get the whole system re-vamped. Had an issue the next day after and they were right back out and took care of everything without hesitation. These guys are great, Kent and Sal installed my new air-conditioning unit today, they were very nice guys. Very professional. I was very happy with the service in all areas, they even went over and above and installed a gas fitting for my natural gas barbecue, free of charge! These guys not only do great work, they test and make sure everything is perfect. They have testing systems that don’t need to be done in terms of the standard for installation, but they do it anyways because they want to make sure they have the highest quality product. I recommend this business to anyone, and I would love to have return service from Kent and Sal anytime! Top-notch service!
