Chris and his team were professional and tidy! Chris was commutative throughout the process. I contacted him during the recent crazy So-Cal rainy season and he got us in to his busy and demanding schedule promptly. He worked within our budget and only did the necessary repairs. He backs his work with a 10 year warranty as well. After 5 years of dealing with contractors whom have done us wrong 9 times out of 10, Chris is a breath of fresh air. He is honest and responsible. Chris and his team were professional from the start. We had Chris out to check out our roof after an inspection to look at it in more details. Chris was very thorough with us letting us know what signs to look out for in the future and what he noticed when he did his review. We recently had Chris and his team out to do the repairs and they were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They provided me with pictures of before and after to see how it was improved upon. We had a flat roof completely redone. The roof has nonstop leaked since they “finished” the job. I have had other professional companies come out and tell us that Chris used the absolute cheapest materials on the market and that it’s one of the worst roofing jobs they have seen. We are embarrassed and angry as well as dealing with constant leaking and patching. He took forever to do the job and when we got upset or questioned him we were accused of being rude and awful to work for. I have never had a worse experience with a contractor and we have built 3 restaurants and done many home remodel projects. Please be warned, he might be cheaper but there is a reason!!!
