Great technical service for AC. I used them on two separate occasions and had great service, from appointment scheduling to a quick repair. I understand some AC basics and consider their technicians very competent, capable of diagnosing issues and correcting problems, the first time.
I emailed Express Air Conditioning & Furnace Repair yesterday evening, when my 16 year-old water heater went out with a bang (and a bit of smoke). They responded almost immediately and had Tao dispatched to my house this afternoon. A few hours later and I have a new water heater, hot water, and not the least bit of mess. Tao was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and performed a great install. Highly recommend.
The crew were great installers. Friendly, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up everything after finishing the install.
